VoiceMoney — Voice-Powered Expense Tracking

VoiceMoney ("we", "our", or "the app") is a voice-powered expense tracking application that helps users manage expenses, budgets, savings goals, and accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

All user data is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security policies that ensure each user can only access their own data. Communication between the app and our services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Voice audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription and is not retained after processing. Receipt images are sent to OpenRouter API for parsing and are not retained after processing.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data, including expenses, budgets, savings records, and account information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your data is shared only with the third-party services listed in Section 3, solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality.

If you use the shared accounts feature, financial data within that account will be visible to other members you have explicitly invited.
